Stripe keys (Phase 2b)

the revenue engine
The engine is built, tested, and merged (#39): signature-verified webhooks with idempotent replay, Checkout on Connect Express with the 2%/1% platform fee, and the append-only donation transitions — all key-gated. Your Stripe test-mode API keys are the last input: two secrets + two function deploys and giving runs end to end.

Realm import validation

The wizard works on synthetic CSVs. Waiting on one real Desert Stream Realm export to validate column-mapping and dedupe against reality.

The Expo companion app shipped (#38): member sign-in, This Sunday with order of service, sermons, the give flow, and per-device notification registration. With it, every planned phase — 0 through 9 — is on main; the giving flow lights up the moment Stripe keys land.

US edition

seam proven
IRS acknowledgment-letter receipts now dispatch off the CA/US regime seam (#33) alongside CRA official receipts. Remaining US work: sales-tax handling on the platform fee, which rides the existing platform layer (#21).

Church branding

just shipped
Churches upload their own logo by dropping a file — a public Supabase Storage bucket with per-tenant folder policies (settings.manage, own folder only). No paste-a-URL, no service role (#34).

Compliance, always on

Canada-first
CRA official receipts, CASL consent ledger, Law 25 anonymize, and data residency in ca-central-1 — enforced at the database, not the UI.
